Are you ready to get the results you really want from your business?

As a small business or franchise owner, you know how to do a lot of things. You’ve bootstrapped your way to this point of the business and you are becoming an expert in your field. Congratulations! You’ve put the foundations in place for a company that you want to be involved in and that’s in line with your original vision. That’s a huge accomplishment.

By now though, you’ve figured out that being in business AND doing the work required and running a business as an owner are two different things. The challenge that most business owners face is that they get caught up in the day-to-day demands, fighting fires, working IN the business so much that consistently working ON their business strategically, setting goals and action plans gets quickly set aside. In short, while you as the owner fight the daily fires that come up, your business suffers from reaching it’s potential and you realize there’s probably a big disconnect between where your time goes every day as an owner, leader and executive and where you know it should be going.

Deep down you also probably know that without some changes those fires will show up again tomorrow.

Does this sound like you?

-          You’re not sure what your next steps should be with your business and you feel you need a solid strategic plan, but don’t know where to begin.
-          You’ve taken the business as far as you can, had some success and tried many approaches to growth, but seem stuck and want to put a quality team in place to take it to the next level and run the business for you.
-          You are spending money on marketing and advertising but aren’t getting the consistent results you want in terms of more leads, referrals, customers and greater bottom line profits.
-          You want to have more of your time back to spend with your family and the things that matter most to you, but you don’t have the systems and team in place right now to do that.
-          You had a great vision at one time when you started your business, of what it would mean for you, your family, and your customers, but the dream has faded and it’s no fun anymore.
-          At times you feel like your business owns you instead of you owning it, like you just bought a job instead of receiving the personal and financial rewards of business ownership.

If one or more of these is making you nod your head, don’t worry. You are not alone. You are an overwhelmed business owner, and that’s very typical and even normal depending on what stage your business is in.

Ask yourself a few questions:

1. Is your business operating at it’s full potential?
2. What tasks and things are you spending your time on?
3. What tasks and things should you be spending your time on?
4. What processes do you have in place to develop your team members to take over your role?
5. What are you key performance indicators and why did you choose the one’s you have?
6. What ongoing, systematic process are you using to get qualified employee candidates?
7. How do you keep your team members in alignment with your goals and vision?
8. Who is spending their time on the most important revenue producing activities for growth?
9. What are the top 3 things you do that customers love that your competitors don’t do.
10. And most importantly, is your business growing and evolving towards the vision you have for it?

These are just a sampling of some of the powerful questions that we would work through together in a coaching structure. You know it’s time to do something different, but you may not know where to start.

We get that, and helping you make the shift from an overwhelmed business owner to an empowered business owner and leader that creates the results you want is what we do.

Based on extensive experience working directly with business owners and our world class systems for building successful businesses, we’ve been able to identify a common set of stages that all businesses go through. Our systems apply to every business, everywhere, every time because there are unique factors that all successful businesses share. That said, there is one thing that makes every business unique and that’s the business owner themselves. So, Business Coaching is a process of understanding what the goals are of the business owner, how they think and the value that the business owner brings to the equation and then marrying that with our powerful systems for building successful businesses and getting better results. Together, we outline your strategic plan, your vision, and the necessary actions that need to take place to achieve those objectives. As you commit to taking action, we bring accountability and encouragement so that you achieve those outcomes quicker and compress the timeframes it takes to get there.
